Denim

A few items that are making my eyes light up at the moment. I think the distressed skull on the shorts is proper ace, although as they're incredibly short it'll be bum cheek central - not good. It's got me thinking of DIY ideas, although I'd probably end up butchering it all up! Even though the shirts a blokes I'd definitely wear it myself. The deep colour is more me than a lighter denim that I see constantly. If I get a chance tomorrow I might trail through some charity shops, I reckon it's my best bet for a good quality, affordable denim jacket/shirt. Also whatever you're doing, have a lovely Valentines tomorrow!

Love the denim jacket :) My boyfriend brought a vintage Levi one for so cheap, similar to this one... I want to steal it off him! xx

i'm a massive denim fan, the older the better. i have some vintage loose-ish levi's. very worn just like the good old times. they're quite light so they're more of a warmer weather thing.

get round the chazzas and let us know

I have been dreaming of denim jackets and shirts recently too. I love darker denim but am falling for lighter shades recently. Hope you had a good search in the charity shops and managed to find some bargains!
Plus, I honestly do not think you could butcher a DIY! I think you would be amazing at them! Hope you had a lovely Valentines too. x

Lovely post as usuall. You have such unique sketching. How is your 2012 project going so far? it is a organization thing i agree. I had a pause now because i had to find a job to buy supplies but now i finally got it so im thinking of doing a inspiration and projects board just to have things in check. There is so many little items a person can do :) And try it Katie, maybe a small piece for start. Hope you had a nice Valentine!

thanks for you last comment, a big one! your friends work sounds really interesting, i really want to see these food paper things, the light switch sounds pretty oddball too. shame about the chazza's but that's all part of the fun isn't it.

driving is going well, got my test very soon. ah well when your theory is out the way everything starts to come together, it's a big weight off your mind. thanks for the book check, i will try find a cheap copy. any others?
